Delivery estimate

Estimated delivery is within 2–5 working days after the final artwork and order details are approved. Timing can vary by state, delivery location, product format and courier conditions.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free for orders of ₹999 or more. A ₹99 shipping charge applies below ₹999. Any different requirement is confirmed before the final invoice.

Personalised products

Because customised products are made for a specific customer and cannot be returned as standard stock, cancellation, refund and replacement requests are reviewed according to the production stage and the issue reported.
